Dear Challenge Success Community,

Please let me start with a heartfelt wish that you and your family have remained healthy and safe during this unprecedented time. There are barely words, and yet no shortage of emotion, to describe the challenges we are facing this year.

With our mission to improve the student experience, Challenge Success has responded to the disruption in the education space with both new and adapted offerings that promote student well-being, equity, and engagement. In the midst of uncertainty and the changing landscape of our schools across the nation, we listened and worked quickly to expand our platform of workshops and programs to meet the critical needs of communities - wherever student learning is happening.

New workshops for parents and educators include:
* Nurturing Student Connections During Remote Learning
* Navigating School During Uncertain Times
* The Well-Balanced Student: Avoiding Stress and Overscheduling During the Pandemic
* Guidance on Grading for Equity During COVID-19
* Performance Assessment in Remote or Hybrid Learning Environments
* Grab & Go: Strategies for Assessing Remote and Face-to-Face Learning

While we are successfully pivoting to meet the needs of those we serve, the financial impact of this current environment, similar to that experienced by many of our school partners, has resulted in increased budgetary pressure. In particular, we are developing new and free resources, providing significantly more financial assistance to our schools, and finding that our typical program registrations have been adversely affected at this time.
This year, more than ever, we need your financial support. ([link removed])

And know that a gift of any amount is meaningful and will help ensure that we have the resources in place to continue to collect data, conduct research, and offer timely programs for students, teachers, and families during this trying time and beyond!
Wishing you sustained good health, and with appreciation,

Kathy Koo,
Executive Director
