For many addiction treatment centers including Hazelden Betty Ford, the COVID-19 pandemic hastened the transition to providing virtual care. Join Quyen Ngo, PhD, and Kate Gliske, PhD, to learn about the implementation science used to guide Hazelden Betty Ford’s transition. The two research scientists will discuss essential program characteristics for successfully launching online addiction care and examine the critical role of program evaluation to both enhance services and gauge the efficacy of treatment—whether delivered in-person or virtually.
