This year has been something else… But there’s still a lot to be thankful for!

Dear John,

I hope this email finds you well. Can you believe that Thanksgiving is already here? While 2020 has been one of the most difficult years that many of us have ever lived through, there is still have a lot to be thankful for. And my prayer is that you will find peace and joy this week!

I also want to mention that #GivingTuesday is coming up just after Thanksgiving. It’s a wonderful day of generosity where millions of dollars are donated to charities, non-profits, and other causes that better the world. As this day approaches, I want to challenge you to give to address the most pressing moral issue facing America: ending abortion.

The COVID-19 pandemic led to increased economic hardship, strained relationships, and heightened fear around the country. And for moms facing unexpected pregnancies, the pandemic only compounded the stress, fear, and uncertainty they were already feeling.

These fears have been exploited by Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry. They have targeted vulnerable moms more aggressively than ever. And pushed remote abortions as the only “solution” to their “problem.”

But with your support, Human Coalition’s National Rescue System has been on the frontlines providing true help and hope to moms in need.

This National Rescue System that you helped build has provided real, life-affirming care to moms facing unexpected pregnancies throughout the pandemic. It is equipped with a team of medical professionals, counselors, and experts in community resources. The team is there to help moms and families through the crisis they are facing. And they continue to walk with them long after the crisis has passed. Which has been even more important this year.

Now, as the holiday season begins, the need is becoming more urgent. The National Rescue System MUST expand to meet the increased demand for help and hope.
