Racine Journal Times Editorial: State high court must rule on Racine's power overreach

The Hill: Are teachers unions influencing virtual schooling more than pandemic science?

WILL Research Director Will Flanders was published in The Hill over the weekend highlighting his most recent study on school district decisions to return to in-person learning versus virtual learning. Flanders' study found that the presence of a teachers union, not necessarily the local presence of the COVID-19 virus, proved to be predictive of schools not returning to in-person learning at the start of the school year.

WILL Files Original Action to the Wisconsin Supreme Court Challenging New Dane County Gathering Ban, Restrictions on Business

WILL filed an original action to the Wisconsin Supreme Court, on behalf of a Dane County business and two Dane County residents, challenging the latest order from the Dane County health department. The new order prohibits all indoor gatherings, including those in private homes, and creates new restrictions on business.
