Today, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo was honored to accept the Founders Award at the 48th International Emmys for his exceptional use of television for public service during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The Governor accepted this award on behalf of all New Yorkers who fought and continue to fight to flatten the curve and to protect one another. As the Governor noted the briefings “offered only one thing, authentic truth and stability. But sometimes that's enough."
