We need your help. Toxic chemicals continue to be added to products like makeup, furniture, and food packaging. In fact, 80% of Canadians were found to have levels of BPA in their bodies — a hormone disrupting chemical found in everything from receipts to plastic containers. 

But the federal government hasn't taken any action in strengthening our protections from toxics. The Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) is the piece of legislation that is supposed to protect us from harmful chemicals, but it hasn’t been updated in over 20 years!
