Hello,

As The New York Times reports, "Donald Trump's potential criminal liability is the key to understanding his presidency -- and, when he leaves office, will present the country with a historic dilemma."

Trump has been the president of crime and corruption. Throughout his term he's shielded himself with the Constitution, which he claims lets him do whatever he wants. Meanwhile, he's openly used federal funds to support his re-election, enacted tax policies that directly benefited his own businesses, and used the Justice Department to protect him against sexual assault allegations -- all while his family shamelessly made millions for private companies.

Last year, one of Trump's lawyers brazenly argued that the sitting president could shoot a man in public and not be prosecuted. But Trump won't be able to hide much longer -- his days of presidential immunity are limited, and there is nothing that protects a former president from prosecution.

While no ex-president has ever been indicted before, the fact is that "no president has ever left office with so much potential criminal liability," as The New York Times reported. That's why today, we need to know where Democrats stand on prosecuting this failed one-term president. Should he be able to retire to the golf courses? Please, tell us now:

Should Donald Trump be prosecuted for his crimes in office?
