John,

Here’s where things stand with the election and the Constitution.

Election officials in some of the most hotly contested states are rushing to certify the election results, completely ignoring massive voter irregularities. Recounts are pending.

Uncounted ballots have been found – exposing statewide incompetence in GA – threatening to disenfranchise thousands of voters. A local election in NV has already been thrown out due to irreconcilable irregularities.

Equal protection violations are being challenged in PA, GA, MI, WI, and NV, and a major Supreme Court case is already pending out of PA.

Yet the mainstream media won’t tell you any of this. We are.

EVERY LEGAL VOTE MUST COUNT.

All of this must be completed before December 14, 2020, when the Electoral College meets. It’s moving that fast. Time is of the essence. The Constitution hangs in the balance.

At the ACLJ, we’re fighting for the Constitution and election integrity. Our legal team has already compiled a legal memo on constitutional options. We were involved in the landmark Bush v. Gore Supreme Court case, and we’re ready to defend the Constitution again – if necessary – at the Supreme Court. Take urgent action with us NOW.
