Friend,

So many young queer and trans migrants have fled violence from their homes only to be met with more violence in our immigration system.

Currently, detention centers across the country are filled with folks in inhumane and violent conditions. Many have died while being detained while simply seeking a better life for themselves and their families. This is incomprehensible. We need to #CloseTheCamps now!

Tonight, July 12th at 7pm, there will be over 700 vigils worldwide to call for an end to human concentration camps! Key events will be held in El Paso, Texas, New York City, and Washington D.C. Check here to find and attend an event near you.

Also, right now, we need to tell those in power to speak out against the Trump administration’s violence against our communities. Together we must call on those in power to take action!

Show up in your communities tonight and email your legislators to tell them to #CloseTheCamps

En Solidaridad,
