Yesterday, someone opened fire at the Mayfair Mall in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Seven adults and one teenager were injured in the event.

It seems like a good time to think about strategies for surviving when an active shooter attacks. You may or may not be armed if you find yourself in this situation. But, either way, your most important weapon is your brain. Here's what you need to know.
