I just got off of a video chat with my team, and I wanted to check in with you about our next steps here in southeast Pennsylvania. The Philadelphia Inquirer reported that the work Democrats did in the Philadelphia collar counties to drive turnout gave Biden the advantage he needed to win the Commonwealth. But the fact is, we did not deliver an outright and massive rejection of the Trump administration’s agenda like we had hoped.

Without Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, and Chester Counties, Democrats would not have won -- but this was a signal to me and my team that we need to build a stronger foundation to ensure Pennsylvania, and the southeast region, especially, remain Democratic strongholds in elections to come.

Today, my team and I have made the commitment to creating a lasting Democratic infrastructure in SEPA. And I am asking you, my friends, family, neighbors, and supporters, to join us now.
