National: Obamacare's Day in Court (Again)
The question surrounding the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act was brought before the Supreme Court of the United States earlier this month.
Following the hearing, TPPF's General Counsel Robert Henneke, who represents the individual plaintiffs in the case, gave an update on the future of Obamacare.

Local: Terrible Tenant in Tyler, Texas
Lauren McNeil has a problem—she has a tenant who refuses to pay rent, whose erratic behavior is scaring away her other tenants, and whom she can't evict.
Why? The Centers for Disease Control put a rule ([link removed] ) into place that bans evictions in certain circumstances.
Sounds crazy, right? We think so too. That's why TPPF filed a lawsuit on Lauren's behalf challenging the massive overreach.
