Friend of Israel,

The IDF released video footage and photos this week of a new Hamas tunnel it detected that had crossed into Israel. This tunnel was the deepest ever found from Gaza and demonstrates the persistent drive of the Iranian-backed terrorists to attack Israel.

Over the past few years, we have successfully lobbied Congress to allocate $177.5 million for the United States to work with Israel to research, develop and deploy cutting-edge technologies to detect and destroy these terror tunnels.

Our constant effort to educate Congress about this threat and lobby for this funding ensures Israel remains strong as the Iranian-backed terrorists try to do it harm.

Sincerely,

Brian Shankman

Director of Regional Affairs and Development

Iran: Sheltering and Sponsoring Terror Against America

READ THE LATEST AIPAC MEMO HERE

On Nov. 13, it was revealed that Al Qaeda’s second-in-command Abu Muhammad al-Masri was killed this past August while living in Tehran. This successful operation resulted from U.S.-Israel cooperation.

For more than two decades, Iran has supported Al-Qaeda terrorists, providing expertise, protection and safe passage.

America must maintain terrorism sanctions against the leading state sponsor of terrorism. Lifting these sanctions on Iran would only enrich a repressive regime backing terror against America and our allies.
