Brooklyn Bids!
350Brooklyn’s Climate Action Auction is Almost Here!
Excitement is mounting as the Auction Team curates the final entries on our auction site! We’ve got more than fifty great experiences and items at a wide range of prices. You’ll find the delightful and the unexpected among your choices — and all of them will help 350Brooklyn gear up for a great 2021. Here is a sneak peak at just a few of the unique auction offerings you’ll find:
-
Artists Fred Bendheim, Hovey Brock, Sari Carel, Sarah Edkins, Lorrie Mann, and Jean Rim bring us a selection of moving works in a range of media — watercolors, mixed media, prints.
- Someone in your life is sure to love one of our stunning hand-crafted bracelets from Judith Winshel, a beautiful hand-painted scarf in wool and silk from Susan Steinbrock, or a chic, warm free-style crocheted hat from Debby Slavitt. Or maybe a hand-poked tattoo by Rosa Bluestone Perr!
- Any new parents on your holiday list? How about a “Baby In Tune” class, a delightful hand-knit baby sweater, or a charming hand-crocheted infant’s hat?
- For school-age children, Teaching Artist Sarah Provost offers a world of imagination via an online puppet class! Or, for high schoolers, you might want to grab our package from the empathetic and experienced Tutor Associates. You can opt for help with academic subjects or with test prep, and the package comes with a free initial consultation!
-
And coffee? Who doesn’t love coffee! Our gift certificate to IXV Coffee Shop in Boerum Hill is not just for their great coffee. This stellar coffee shop is dedicated to zero waste, offering local and upcycled products, and much more!
So stand by! Brooklyn Bids! opens next Monday morning on 32auctions.com. The auction will be open for only ten days, so watch for our posts on Facebook and get those fingers ready to fly over your keyboard!
