John,

We’ve just filed a major amicus brief at the Supreme Court against the abortion industry.

Even as we fight for our Constitution and the integrity of the election, our other vital work DOES NOT STOP.

As COVID-19 hit our nation, many states shut down elective medical procedures, including elective abortions. Planned Parenthood refused to comply, still performing elective abortions. They filed lawsuits across the country.

This is infuriating. Planned Parenthood (which kills nearly 950 babies a day) should not be given a free pass to take lives and put more people at risk while the rest of the country is working to SAVE lives.

Our legal team has filed briefs in nearly all these states. Now one of those cases is being appealed to the Supreme Court. We’ve just filed a critical amicus brief at the Supreme Court detailing that abortion is not safe and must not be given special treatment. It’s called the abortion distortion, and it must end.

Today, the Supreme Court is conferencing about another major pending abortion case that we filed in.

To defend life and defeat Planned Parenthood at the Supreme Court, we need you to take action with us.
