As part of those resources, we have recently unveiled the COVID-19 Tracking Tool, which provides an approach for school nurses to document the number of students and staff identified with COVID-19 symptoms at school and report to the designated local health department, school building/system leadership, and health services director/supervisor. In addition, we also have added a COVID-19 Symptom Screener for Students. We hope both of these resources, along with all the others, will help as you move into 2021.
