Now that the election is behind us, there's a lot of work to do. I'm certain that America's best days are ahead of us, but the only way we strengthen our country is by moving forward together.
We have to heal the division that has sadly become a hallmark of American politics. We have to aid communities, small businesses, and working families in the slow march to COVID-19 recovery. And we have to help President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris build our nation back better, to make sure the issues of working people are a priority.
That's why I'm reaching out. One of my favorite parts about my job is hearing directly from the folks I serve. I want to hear from you, friend, so I can learn what's at the top of your list as we embark on this next chapter.

Despite winning the presidency, the hard work has only just started. The past administration did a lot of damage, and our country has some healing to do. Even now, reading the news can be overwhelming. That's why we need to hear from each other.
