2020 is a big political year: we have open seats in the House and Senate, and we’ll be electing our next President. The stakes are high. 

But for our communities — people of color, queer and trans folks, immigrants, and the working class — the stakes are always high. It’s why we need leaders in the political and organizing field to reflect these communities. We believe their leadership is required in technology roles as well, including data and analytics.
