Hello John,

After celebrating the incredible feat of getting Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to the White House, Elizabeth Warren took a moment to reflect and remind us that they will now “need to answer another important question -- how to deliver on our campaign promises and improve the lives of the American people.”

According to Warren, the lesson from Biden’s victory is clear: “Voters recognize that [progressive] reforms are necessary to fix what is broken in our nation” -- especially after Trump’s disastrous presidency.

Luckily, Warren and other progressive Democrats have ideas in mind. Warren is calling on Biden and Harris to prioritize a number of progressive reforms on day one, including cancelling billions in student loan debt, closing the racial wealth gap, declaring the climate crisis a national emergency, raising the minimum wage, and providing an immediate financial stimulus for working families in the pandemic.

Even, or especially, as Republicans refuse to acknowledge the election outcome and prepare to block Democratic legislation in Congress, we need to make it clear that we demand a progressive agenda. We Americans got Biden and Harris to victory, but the work has just begun. Today, we need to know if you’ll stay on for this fight. Please, tell us now:

Do you stand with Elizabeth Warren?
