We are looking for three HR professionals who are able to take a key role in supporting and coaching managers, delivering all aspects of the HR Consultant role with pace and building strong working relationships with managers, colleagues, trade unions and other key stakeholders. You will be either CIPD qualified or have significant relevant experience.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:?
  • A sophisticated understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion workforce and community issues and the positive impact of inclusive HR
  • Understanding of HR/OD across all disciplines, experience in at least one discipline and of implementing bespoke activity
  • Experience with delivering needs-led and customer-centric HR/OD solutions to the business and challenging the status quo
  • Ability to effectively engage with and influence a range of stakeholders including senior managers, trade union reps, and colleagues
  • Able to effectively role model expected leadership behaviours, specifically the ability to collaborate effectively across HR/OD teams providing joined-up outcomes that focus on adding value to external customers
  • Able to challenge and influence others to contribute to effective decision making that benefits the business

As a Mobile Assistant Chef you will work alongside the Catering Supervisor to assist with the preparation and serving of school meals. The successful applicant for this role will be required to work at various school kitchens within the Mansfield area. You will also be responsible at times for the day to day running of the school kitchen in the absence of the Catering Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Full Uk Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Experience in food preparation including vegetables and sauces
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene, Health and Safety Regulations and their application in the kitchen
  • Knowledge of good customer care practice and experience of working in a customer focussed environment
