Israel Advances Devastating Jerusalem-area Settlement Project

Israeli authorities opened the bidding process for 1,257 housing units to be built in Givat HaMatos, and unless stopped, it will further block Palestinian contiguity between Jerusalem and Bethlehem and deal a severe blow to a viable two state solution.

Peace Now: "This Netanyahu-Gantz government was established to fight the coronavirus but instead it is taking advantage of the final weeks of the Trump administration in order to set facts on the ground that will be exceedingly hard to undo in order to achieve peace."

APN to Senators: Settlement Products are not "Made in Israel"

APN strongly condemns an initiative by four Republican Senators - Cotton, Loeffler, Rubio, Cruz - to label products made in Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank as being "Made in Israel." If the West Bank becomes a part of the sovereign state of Israel, Israelis will be forced to choose between becoming an undemocratic apartheid state and becoming a bi-national state that is no longer Jewish.
