POLITICO’s recent report about how Dr. Jill Biden will be a historic first lady has us excited about a new role model in the White House.
Furthermore, Dr. Biden has previously said that she will use her status as first lady to ensure that teachers get a “seat at the table.”
We like the sound of that, and we’re rooting hard for Dr. Biden. But we remember the amount of scrutiny and criticism that Michelle Obama received during her time in the White House -- with Dr. Biden working full-time while facing the same, we’re sure the challenges on her will be immense. That’s why we’re getting in her corner now, and letting our next FLOTUS know we appreciate her and the example she’s setting -- are you with us?
