The days and weeks following the November 3rd election, national Republicans, led by Mitch McConnell in the Senate, have made it clear that they will use every tool they can to stall and halt the progress a President-elect Joe Biden administration promises.

That’s why it’s absolutely critical we win the two January runoff races in Georgia that will determine whether or not Democrats will flip the Senate majority from red to blue — and as of right now, both Democrats are within a single percentage point of their Republican opponents.

Earlier this week our VoteVets volunteers started reaching out to the nearly 250,000 voters in Georgia we’ve identified as either veterans or military families to remind them of exactly what’s at stake. We made this happen because of the grassroots enthusiasm of this team that helped us reach the $50,000 goal that would cover this first round of voter outreach, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Now we’re asking for your help, again. To engage this group of high propensity voters in Georgia two more times before the runoffs in January we’ll need two more rounds of voter contact, so we’re setting a new goal of $100,000 before the end of the year.

The average donation the last time we set a goal for this campaign was just about $28. That’s pretty incredible, and we’re hoping the team can step up again to help us bring our mission to flip the Senate over the finish line.
