Friend,

For weeks, we’ve been sounding the alarm on Donald Trump’s Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and its plan to severely weaken regulations governing debt collection tactics.

If the new rule goes into effect, debt collectors will be allowed to harass Americans even more with unlimited texts and emails.

We can stop this, but time is running out. The official public comment period for the CFPB's proposed debt collection rule closes TODAY, so this is your last chance to do your part to prevent the CFPB from allowing debt collectors to spam you day and night.

Tell the CFPB what you think about their proposed regulations weakening consumer protections.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau shouldn’t cater to the debt collection industry and leave consumers out in the cold.

It’s on us to tell the CFPB to put Americans first.

Submit your comment here before it’s too late!
