It's been 10 days since Joseph Biden was declared the winner of the 2020 Presidential Election. Not only does President-elect Biden have the 270 electoral votes needed to win, he also has a 5 million person lead in the popular vote.

And yet, Donald Trump has not conceded.

By refusing defeat, President Trump is jeopardizing the sanctity of our electoral process and setting a dangerous precedent. A peaceful transition of power is foundational to our democracy. Instead, he is riling up his base with false claims of election fraud and further sowing the divisions in our country.
