A new report shows that sustaining that superiority is far from
guaranteed as the Pentagon still trudges through budget cuts put in
place almost a decade ago. The military has been constrained by
spending limits imposed by the Obama-era Budget Control Act of 2011,
"leaving little real money for development of new capabilities, and
certainly limited its ability to expand incapacity."

Boeing 757. The trip ended with a private family safari at a South
African game reserve. “This junket wasted tax dollars and the
