Learn More [ [link removed] ] Ann Arbor Larcom City Hall will be closed [ [link removed] ] Wednesday, Nov. 18Tuesday, Dec. 8, per the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services order to combat COVID-9. The city will conduct all nonessential operations remotely. Critical services, however, will continue as normal, such as drinking water, waste water, police, fire, emergency operations and waste and recycling collections.
