We made it! Organizational session in Tallahassee began yesterday. Watch me being sworn in LIVE on the Florida channel at 11:00, and check out the view from my seat!

I was so lucky my family was able to join me.  Flynn and Lola were champs for our COVID tests and when I dragged them to meetings while mom attended the spouse's orientation in the Historic Capitol Building.

They got plenty of pics for their third-grade civics teacher watching us swear in an exceptional Democratic leadership team, and as mom and I received our pins as members and spouses of the Florida House.

Amanda was incredible, wrangling twins for 14-hours in heels through the Capitol halls (no easy feat!) Her support has meant the world to me and I'm so glad she could be here with me.

This week was just the beginning, and I'm so glad to have the support of my family and all of you back home. Now, let's see what we can accomplish.
