[1]Women's March
John,
Donald Trump’s Twitter feed doesn’t change the results of the election.
The American people decided – and we’re done with Trump’s refusal to
accept defeat.
Trump went on another Twitter spree today spewing lies to the point that
virtually every tweet has a warning label. It’s progress, but it’s not
enough. Giving Trump a platform to spread lies and delay the transition
process has real consequences,
John.

We must put more pressure on Twitter to suspend Trump’s account so that he
has no choice but to concede and let the new Biden team access the
information they need to start fixing our country and curbing the COVID-19
surge right away.

Trump’s election lies so we can proceed with a peaceful transition?

Our pressure is working,
John. Most people don’t know
how many people and how much time and energy over multiple years went into
getting Twitter and Facebook to issue the two basic disinformation
disclaimers we have now on Trump’s accounts.
We’ve been campaigning for Twitter to take action against Trump’s
disinformation since April 2019, and we’re seeing progress. But it’s not
enough. We cannot let up now, especially when the peaceful transfer of
power is at stake.

him to suspend Trump and prevent a transition disaster?
Because of Trump’s ego, he’s refusing to allow any of the agencies
handling the coronavirus to even communicate with the incoming Biden
Administration to prepare for the handover on January 20. That puts all of
us at risk.
We’re done with the games and Trump’s lies. It’s time to shut it down.
