Right now, Iowa’s 2nd Congressional District is in a recount requested by Democrat Rita Hart.
Only 48 votes separate Hart and Republican Mariannette Miller-Meeks. We need to make sure they count every vote and send the rightful winner to Congress. Recounts are expensive, and Rita needs our help to make sure she can cover the costs.
If we lose this seat, our Democratic majority will shrink. Iowa will also elect Mariannette Miller-Meeks, a puppet for corporate special interests and a far-right politician to Congress.
