The John Birch Society

Voter fraud is real. It’s as old as the country itself.

But you better not let social media catch you talking about it.

We know at least one presidential election was determined by fraud. John F. Kennedy’s scandalous 1960 election  was determined by his familial ties to the mob, who helped secure Illinois and thereby JFK’s win in the close 1960 general election. This is very well-documented, including in investigative reporter Seymour Hersh’s New York Times best-selling book, “The Dark Side of Camelot.”

Despite no major election ever being conducted without some semblance of fraud; despite having well-documented evidence of at least one stolen election; and despite a mountain of fraud allegations in the 2020 presidential election by credible sources, our social media rulers -- the wise gatekeepers of information -- have decided there will be no such talk.

On Wednesday, The New American published an interview by Senior Editor William Jasper with Lt. Gen. Thomas G. McInerney (USAF, retired). The general warned that if the stealing of the 2020 election is not exposed and overturned we will never see another free election in America. McInerney, a highly decorated Vietnam War fighter pilot and top USAF/NORAD commander and DOD official, dicussed the criminal use of the secret Hammer-Scorecard program by the Obama administration (including Clapper, Brennan, Comey) to throw U.S. elections and suggested it happened just recently.

The interview caught like wildfire, and after reaching half a million people just on Facebook, it was flagged as false. The social media giant slapped a grey overlay on the story along with a “False Information” tag. It also provided a link to a fact checking article, aiming to show readers why it was false.

One of the points the “fact-checking” article makes is that the premise of Hammer-Scorecard depends on votes passing through “transfer points.” It cites a computer science professor at the University of Iowa, who said of the transfer points, “that's not the way the system works.” At least in most states, anyway, he clarifies. The expert doesn't mention which states do use transfer points. He also said that “interfering with election results at ‘transfer points’ would be unlikely."

Unlikely. The fact-checking article uses this word repeatedly. This, apparently, is enough to justify something as false.

The fact-checking article also cites Chris Krebs, director of the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, who dubs the Hammer and Scorecard theory "nonsense."

Like McInerney, Krebs would also be considered a credible source. So it’s one credible source against another.

Social media gatekeepers had no problem with this dichotomy during the Russia Collusion hysteria. Facebook and Twitter allowed every legacy media outlet to parrot the idea that Trump colluded with the Russians to win the 2016 election. On one side you had former intelligence voices saying there was collusion, on the other you had the current government saying that was false.

And it was all allowed. No false label, no big grey overlay. Nevermind there was no evidence of collusion before and certainly after the investigation.

But not anymore.

Now these platform giants, whose only expertise and reason for existence have nothing to do with gathering and publishing news, have become experts on the matter. Just like they’ve become epidemiologists.

On Friday, Facebook notified JBS that our page has been banned from advertising and our content will have "reduced distribution and other restrictions because of repeated sharing of false news." We broke the rules of approved speech by reporting on the possibility of voter fraud and daring to publish content that questions the efficacy of cloth masks against the spread of COVID-19.

We are taking steps to ensure the crucial information we gather gets out to the public. We’re growing on our email list (thanks for subscribing by the way); we’re looking into in-house interfaces, and we’re opening social media accounts on alternative platforms.

With everything that’s happening, it’s vital the work of JBS and our affiliate news magazine, The New American, reach as many people as possible. Without knowledge, freedom cannot flourish.

Here’s how you can help:
  • If you haven’t already, subscribe to The New American magazine, which puts out daily online news and a hard-hitting bi-weekly magazine with in-depth reporting.
  • Another thing you can do is to tell others about this email update. Pass the word around. Tell your friends and family members to subscribe at https://jbs.org/subscribe/. We may start sending daily news updates this way. Make sure they don't end up in the junk file.
  • While we’re looking at several alternative social media platforms, we have already opened accounts on Parler and MeWe. Visit our Parler JBS account here; our Parler TNA account here; and MeWe JBS account here; and our Gab JBS account here
