The Supreme Court is in the process of hearing a case that could decide the fate of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). President Trump just urged the court to strike down the ACA again despite the millions of Americans who rely on it.

If Trump succeeds in repealing the ACA, 571,300 Granite Staters with pre-existing conditions could be denied insurance, and 89,000 Granite Staters could lose coverage altogether -- in the middle of a pandemic.

Instead of working to pass a COVID-19 relief bill to give Americans the help they need to get through this pandemic, Republicans are focused on stripping away health care for millions of people.
