Hello,

NBC News: "Despite [Trump's] chastisements -- not to mention death threats -- Fauci, the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984, has managed to remain an effective voice for applying an evidence-based approach in the government's pandemic response."

Dr. Fauci has done nothing except prioritize the health of the American people, having led our nation's COVID response to the best of his ability in an administration dead set on undermining him. As Fauci says, Trump's attacks "are mere distractions." Fauci added, "I know what my job is, and I've gotta do it and I'm going to do it."

With Joe Biden already planning his own coronavirus response in preparation for January, Dr. Fauci will soon be able to do just that -- and this time without government interference.

The truth is no public servant should have to endure what Dr. Fauci has, especially considering he'll now be the last man standing to keep us safe now that the White House has zero incentive to control the pandemic. As we prepare to see who will be part of the Biden administration, we couldn't think of a more reliable leader to navigate the country's public health response, possibly as Biden's Secretary of Health and Human Services. Should Dr. Fauci be considered for the role? Tell us now:

Would you trust Dr. Fauci as Secretary of Health and Human Services?
