Donald Trump on Twitter: “We have claimed, for Electoral Vote purposes, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (which won’t allow legal observers) the State of Georgia, and the State of North Carolina, each one of which has a BIG Trump lead. Additionally, we hereby claim the State of Michigan if, in fact, there was a large number of secretly dumped ballots as has been widely reported!”
Trump has “claimed” these states -- which is his euphemism for stealing the election. And, as repeatedly promised, he’s weaponizing our legal system to do so.
But friend, we have the power to fight back IMMEDIATELY. As POLITICO reports: “Small-dollar contributors could play a critical role in funding legal efforts” to push back against Trump, especially in light of how much impact grassroots donors have already had this election cycle.
You’re the key to fighting against tyranny and protecting our democracy. But as one of Joe Biden’s lawyers warns: “There are going to be individual lawsuits in each state … It’s going to become a legal nightmare.”
