Dear APWU Member,
Last Thursday, thousands of postal workers, retirees and allies gathered live to hear updates on our fight to #SaveThePostOffice. We announced we’re taking action this Tuesday, November 17, 2020.
Across the country, APWU locals are organizing press events and our allies are making calls and holding events – in person and virtually – in support of our day of action. Will you get involved?
Click here to find an event near you, and if you don't see one close by you can organize your own virtual or safe in-person event.
We know that the USPS still needs Covid-relief funding. We know that Postmaster General DeJoy has only temporarily rescinded his disastrous delays.
We also know that if we stand together, we are a force to reckon with. That’s why on Tuesday November 17, we are doing just that. Together, we must keep the spotlight on postal issues moving forward!
Here’s the map of dozens of events across the country. Find out how you can participate.
Our public Postal Service has 91 percent approval. Postal workers are proud to serve the public, and the public are with us. We’re not going to let anybody stop the vital service that we provide.
We need to make sure that this PMG understands that this is not called the United States Postal Business. It’s named the United States Postal Service and service is what the people of this country deserve. And working with the people of this country, we’re going to make sure that service is here and vibrant and expanded for generations to come!

Together, we will #SaveThePostOffice!
