 Speakers from Palestine and around the world will join us for three Arabic sessions Dear Supporter, The poem, by Mahmoud Darwish, is one of his most powerful and resonates deeply with Palestinians and Arabs around the world. Part of the strength and depth of our organization is our Arabic-speaking grassroots. In keeping with the tradition of an Arabic program at our conventions, we’ve put together three powerhouse sessions that will accommodate a wide range of our audience and bring in experts from Palestine and around the world. Day 1 - Friday, Nov 27 - 2:00PM EST دور الشتات الفلسطيني في المشروع الوطني The Role of the Diaspora in the Palestinian National Project هناك ستة ملايين فلسطيني يعيشون في الشتات. ستناقش هذه الجلسة دور الشتات الفلسطيني في بناء وتعزيز وتحقيق المشروع الوطني الفلسطيني.
Day 2 - Saturday, Nov 28 - 2:00PM EST رمزية القدس في الوعي الجمعي للأمة Situating Jerusalem in the Consciousness of the Muslim World لعبت القدس، منذ فجر التاريخ، دورا محوريا في تشكيل الحضارات الإنسانية... فالقدس هي مهبط الوحي ومحضن الرسالات.. من إبراهيم أبو الأنبياء عليهم السلام، وحتى اليوم. وهي لا تزال تمثل رمزية لصيقة بالوعي الجمعي للأمة عبر العصور تتناقلها وتتعاهدها الأجيال جيلا بعد جيل.
Day 3 - Sunday, Nov 29 - 2:00PM EST القضية الفلسطينية في ضوء نتائج الانتخابات الرئاسية الأميركية والتغيرات في الشرق الأوسط The Palestinian Cause in the Aftermath of US Elections & Regional Developments بعد فوز جوزيف بايدن في الانتخابات الرئاسية تثور أسئلة مركزية حول تداعيات ذلك على القضية الفلسطينية، ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط عموماً. من ذلك، ما هي أوجه الخلاف المتوقعة بين إدارتي بايدن وترامب في التعامل مع القضية الفلسطينية؟ ما هو مستقبل اتفاقات التطبيع العربي مع إسرائيل؟ ما المطلوب منا لخدمة القضية الفلسطينية في ضوء الإدارة القادمة؟ وغير ذلك الكثير من القضايا.
