This week we recognized Veterans Day, and honored all of the brave men and women who have served our country. We also received tremendous news on the progress toward a COVID vaccine, and I continued to call out Democrats for their false message of unity.

WATCH: 5 LESSONS FOR AMERICA ON VETERANS DAY

NEVER FORGET

This week, we recognized Veterans Day, a time for all Americans to honor the brave men and women who have served our country in uniform.

As a veteran myself, I always appreciate when Americans say “thank you” to a veteran on Veterans Day. But I also encourage them to say something else.

I encourage them to say “Never Forget.”

When you say “Never Forget” to a veteran, you are implying that, as an American, you are in it with them. Connected together as grateful fellow Americans who will never forget the sacrifices made by veterans past and present, and their families, especially.

As veterans, we know what we signed up for. It was not a “service” in the traditional sense of the word… but rather an honor.

An honor to serve the country we love. An honor to bring the fight to our enemies abroad, so they never bring the fight to our fellow Americans here at home. An honor to wear the uniform and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our friends – some of whom never made it home – to defend the freedom and way of life we are blessed with as Americans.

So, as we recognized Veterans Day this week, Never Forget.

FOX NEWS: REPUBLICAN DAN CRENSHAW QUESTIONS DEMS' 'HEAL AND UNITE' MESSAGING

CALLS FOR UNITY MEAN NOTHING IF THEY ARE INSINCERE

Calling for Trump Administration staffers to be blacklisted from future employment. Archiving the names of political enemies. Calling for all Republicans to be burned and broken.

These are not the messages of “healing” and “unity” that we were told Democrats stand for. But that is exactly what we’re seeing from the left in the aftermath of this election.

Calls for unity mean nothing if they are insincere. And it seems that the only unified message we are seeing from the left is one of hate and division, which belongs under Stalinist authoritarianism… not in America.

ASSOCIATED PRESS: PFIZER SAYS COVID-19 VACCINE IS LOOKING 90% EFFECTIVE

COVID-19 VACCINE BREAKTHROUGH

Great news this week in our quest to discover a vaccine to COVID-19. Pfizer announced this week early data on its vaccine indicate it is 90% effective against COVID-19, and they’re on track to seek approval for the vaccine later this month.

This is thanks in large part to the unprecedented work by the Trump Administration to accelerate a COVID vaccine under Operation Warp Speed. While some on the left and in the media tried to spin a narrative that this news had nothing to do with Operation Warp Speed, that is simply false.

As was reported shortly after the announcement, Pfizer officials said it is a participant in Warp Speed, and confirmed that it reached an agreement with the government under Operation Warp Speed to order millions of doses of the vaccine so that it could be freely distributed to Americans.
