I need your urgent help, Friend: Only weeks after the 2020 election, the GOP is already targeting my seat in 2022.

Rick Scott, the incoming Chair of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, just said Republicans can flip Connecticut's Senate seat red and expand their majority even further. Let me be quite frank: We cannot afford to let that happen.

The only way I will protect this critical Senate seat and continue fighting against the GOP's dangerous agenda is with your grassroots support. So please, will you rush $5 right now to help me defend Connecticut's critical Senate seat? Any amount makes a difference.

Democrats may have just won the White House, but Donald Trump's extremist allies who still hold office in Congress and across the country will continue relentlessly attacking everything from access to healthcare to voting rights to women's reproductive freedom.

It is as critical as ever to have leaders in the Senate who will fight tirelessly for the well-being of the American people, for justice and accountability, and for the very future of our democracy. I have never wavered in the fight, and I can promise you that I never will.

But Republicans have already begun work to defeat me and build a supermajority in the Senate. We don't have a moment to waste. That's why our team set a goal to raise $30,000 by midnight to make sure I can fight back and secure re-election, and I'm counting on your support:

Please, rush $5 or more right now – every dollar you can spare today – to protect this critical Democratic Senate seat, take back the majority from Mitch McConnell, and finally put an end to the GOP's dangerous agenda.

It means so much to have your support. Thank you.

Dick
