Folks --
I am humbled and honored to be your president-elect, and cannot thank you enough for powering my campaign, and the campaign of Democrats across the country, to a decisive victory.
As I've said all along, it's not my place or Donald Trump's place to declare who's won this election. That's the decision of the American people.
And the people have spoken.
But Donald Trump and Republicans have filed lawsuits in an attempt to throw out votes and overturn the will of the people, so my team needs to be able to go to court and defend those votes. That takes considerable resources.
"We the People" will not be silenced. "We the People" will not be bullied. "We the People" will not surrender. That's why we launched the Biden Fight Fund to count and protect every vote -- and why I'm asking if you'll chip in $25 to continue election protection efforts for our campaign and Democrats up and down the ballot.
