We will not go backwards.

Thanks to you, with each election, we’ve seen our Squad grow and our mandate for progressive change grow with it. We were not sent to Congress to be quiet or to stop pushing for what our communities demand. We were elected because we’re demanding a government that’s accountable to the American people, not the 1%.

But, the reality is that if we do not rip the Senate gavel from Mitch McConnell’s hands, we will be limited in the progress we can deliver to voters.

Right now, control of the U.S. Senate hangs in the balance. And victories in Georgia’s two U.S. Senate runoff elections will allow us to set an agenda that is responsive to the people.

We’re so proud to announce the people we supported who’ll be joining me in Congress: Representatives-elect Jamaal Bowman, Cori Bush, Mondaire Jones, and Marie Newman―and of course, returning Squad members Reps. Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.  

Together, we will not be silenced as DC pundits stuck in a bubble declare what they believe to be politically possible. It’s up to us to set the agenda and create a future based on bold policies to ensure everyone has the ability to thrive.
