Folks,

Being in Washington these past few months, I've heard some crazy things. But the craziest might be the idea of DC special interest groups and their allies thinking they can win back this seat by vowing to repeal the Affordable Care Act and kick millions of Americans off their health insurance.

Turns out, it's true: The folks targeting this seat really said they plan to win by promising to repeal the ACA.

You know how they say something is so crazy it just might work? We can't let that be the case here. We need to show them that taking away our health care is not a winning strategy, and we aren't going to let anyone use this seat to do it.

This is a reminder of what we're fighting for: To protect the progress we've made on health care while working to address the flaws in our system. The ACA isn't perfect - there is more work to be done to lower costs and expand access, but the best way to do that is to build on what we have, not rip coverage way from those who have it.
