John,

The mainstream media may have declared the winner of the election, but it’s far from over.

Recounts have already been announced, lawsuits have been filed, and some LEGAL votes still haven’t been counted.

We MUST defend the integrity of this election.

There have been delays in counting and reporting votes, refusing election monitors, and irregularities in localities with a history of electoral corruption. These unprecedented shenanigans must STOP.

Your right to vote is the foundation of our constitutional system of self-governance. The ACLJ is defending that right.

Our legal team is prepared to protect the integrity of this critical election and the Constitution itself – even at the Supreme Court.

But we need YOU with us.

Four months later and California churches remain in forced silence.

We just took action in court to give them back their voices.

The radical Left has manipulated the COVID-19 pandemic to push their extreme agenda. Churches were their first target.

Singing is a fundamental part of worship. The Bible commands us to “Make a joyful noise to the Lord . . . . Come into his presence with singing.” (Psalm 100:2) Banning this is a draconian abuse of power.

We just filed a critical brief in our MAJOR lawsuit, urging the court to BLOCK the unjust singing ban in church.

Planned Parenthood not only wants to force Americans to pay for abortions here at home, but also wants us to fund abortions internationally.

We just filed critical legal comments supporting a new regulation extending an international pro-life policy to stop them.

Christians in India are facing a dire ultimatum: renounce their faith or suffer grave consequences such as hanging, stoning, and torture.

We went to the U.N. to urge international pressure on India to stop the rampant persecution of Christians.

In recognition of Veterans Day, ACLJ Senior Military Analyst and retired Army Colonel Wes Smith explained why, with so much polarization this election year, we must support our veterans more than ever who have fought to defend our Constitution and right to vote.

Bald Beagle – our educational kids’ channel – also posted a new video explaining why we celebrate Veterans Day, which you can see at the end of the post.

Finally, as we fight to preserve democracy and election integrity, have your support DOUBLED through our Matching Challenge.
