Friend,

A coalition of young, progressive, Black, and Latinx organizers are the reason Georgia voters chose a Democrat for president for the first time in almost 30 years -- and if we send a surge of support for their on-the-ground organizing work, they will also be the reason Democrats take back the Senate in January.

Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff are within striking distance of winning their Senate runoffs against extremist GOP candidates, which could give Democrats the Senate majority and our progressive movement a mandate to bring about bold reforms to guarantee healthcare, housing, tuition- and debt-free education, and a living wage for all.

I know you're getting a lot of fundraising emails about this race, but far too many are from super PACs that have nothing to do with the work on the ground. Black Voters Matter and Women on the Rise are local organizations in Georgia working hard to build community power and turn out the vote in record numbers, and they're counting on our support.

Will you split a donation of $10 between Black Voters Matter and Women on the Rise right now? Every cent will go directly toward their organizing efforts to register and turn out voters. [link removed]

Local organizations like Black Voters Matter and Women on the Rise aren't just throwing money at TV ads -- they are empowering their communities to vote by knocking on doors, texting and calling voters, and making voting more accessible to all. Black Voters Matter is partnering with more than 40 local organizations to provide resources to get out the vote, while Women on the Rise is focusing on protecting and expanding the voting rights of formerly incarcerated women and getting them to the polls.

Black Voters Matter and Women on the Rise have proven that with strategic, local investments, we can fight back against voter suppression, register and turn out record numbers of voters, and bring home victories for Democrats. These organizations know what's at stake, and they have the organizing operations to help Democrats win -- but they're counting on a surge of grassroots funding to make it across the finish line.
