John,

The United States became the first country to ever withdraw from an international climate change pact when it officially left the Paris Climate Accord last week -- at Donald Trump’s command.

Trump has consistently denied that climate change exists, and our country’s departure from the agreement comes in a year where we’ve directly seen the impact of climate change with unprecedented, devastating wildfires and hurricanes throughout the country.

The Paris Climate Agreement aims to reduce these growing impacts on our planet through international cooperation and dedicated efforts to lower greenhouse gas emissions. That’s why Joe Biden has pledged to reenter the agreement as soon as possible and proposed a $2 trillion climate plan that calls for the U.S. to reach 100% clean electricity generation by 2035.

We’re hopeful that our country will once again become a global leader in climate action and protect our planet for future generations. Today, we need to know if you share this excitement:

Do you support rejoining the Paris Climate Agreement?
