Congressman Crenshaw here,

This week, we recognized Veterans Day and I called on all Americans to Never Forget the
service of the brave men and women who wear our nation’s uniform. I also highlighted
encouraging news in the race towards a COVID-19 vaccine and examined solutions to reduce
election chaos and distrust.

Please reach out to my offices if you have a concern, want to hear what we’re working on in
Congress, or are having trouble with a federal agency. I have a full team in Texas and in the
nation's capital ready to assist you. Be sure to stay up to date by following me
on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.

Now, let's catch up.

NEVER FORGET

This week, we recognized Veterans Day. As a veteran, always appreciate when Americans say
“thank you” to veterans on Veterans Day.

But I also encourage them to say something else – “Never Forget.”
When you say “Never Forget” to a veteran, you are implying that you are united with them as
grateful Americans, and will never forget the service of veterans past and present, and their
families, especially.

Good news on covid-19 vaccine

We received excellent news in the race to find a COVID-19 vaccine this week. Pfizer announced
that data from their vaccine trials showed it was 90% effective in preventing COVID-19, and
that they will be seeking approval from the United States government.

While Democrat leaders and much of the media spent months maligning and undermining the
work being done to find a vaccine, America’s innovators tirelessly pushed ahead under
Operation Warp Speed.

And while the same people also tried to say that Pfizer was not part of Operation Warp Speed,
Pfizer officials confirmed that they entered into a major purchasing agreement with the
government under Operation Warp Speed to ensure that the vaccine could be distributed
widely and freely to the American people.

HOW TO AVOID CHAOS AND MAKE ELECTIONS

WORK

This episode originally aired on June 1, 2020 - but the conversation could not be more relevant
today.

In a podcast episode I republished this week, Hans von Spakovsky, manager of the Heritage
Foundation's Election Law Reform Initiative, joined me to examine how the radical Democrat
reforms like universal mail-in voting threaten the integrity of our elections, and we discussed
solutions for making our elections less chaotic and more trustworthy.
