My conscience as a Catholic tells me that I should give Joe Biden a chance. He asked for one, and I am inclined to do it, but I’m very skeptical about the former Vice President and perhaps, President-elect. I think we have to let the legal process play out a little further, but the odds are that Mr. Biden will be president.  

The reason that I am skeptical about him is that he has changed his core belief system so many times. There are opinions we hold that change. For instance, you may think that the New York Jets are a terrible team, and they are, but next year they might be a great team, so you might change your opinion of the Jets.
