As of 9 am this morning, we are still less than 25% there, which means in order to fill the fund, we will need to keep fundraising, maybe for weeks, if we hope to get there.

We wouldn't be sending these emails to you if they weren't our best chance of filling our Biden Fight Fund so we can fight these lawsuits and legal battles for Democrats across the country. We promise, if we hit this goal, we can stop asking you for money, but until then, we need your help.

Contributions from persons/multicandidate committees shall be allocated in the following order: $142,000/$60,000 the DNC, $2,800/$5,000 to the Biden for President Recount Account, and any additional funds to the DNC, subject to applicable contribution limits. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.

Contributions will be used in connection with federal elections, may be spent on any activities of the participants as each committee determines in its sole discretion, and will not be earmarked for any particular candidate. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
