While we await final results on certain aspects of the 2020 General Election, there are some bright spots and historic changes worth highlighting.

New Pro-Life Women Elected as US Representatives
In the wake of last week's election, the number of pro-life women serving in the the US House of Representatives has more than doubled. At least 14 pro-life women won Houses races, and in seven cases, they flipped seats that were previously pro-choice. Additional seats may still be won depending on a handful of run-offs yet to be determined. Continue reading here.

Election Results in Historic Shift on the Michigan Supreme Court
"This week’s election results mean Democratic nominees will gain the majority on the court for the first time since 2010."

CTV has always highlighted the critical need for rule of law and retired Justice Markman represented this principle on the Michigan Supreme Court for two decades. He will be sorely missed as the balance of power now shifts.

Michigan House & Senate Oversight Committees Investigate
In the midst of claims about voting irregularities, the Michigan House and Senate Oversight Committees met and issued a subpoena to the Michigan Bureau of Elections in an effort to ensure that every legal vote is counted. Read the full story here.

Great Lakes Justice Center Alleges Massive Voter Fraud
The Great Lakes Justice Center, who successfully defended the barber from Owosso, filed a lawsuit on behalf of Wayne County voters, charging massive fraud in the 2020 election. They have obtained sworn testimony under oath via affidavits by many credible eyewitnesses, including a whistleblower from the inside. Later Today, the suit is expected to go before a judge for a preliminary hearing to assess the merits of the claims. Read the filing and affidavits here.
