We have some good news and some, well, not-so-good news.

Let’s start with the good news. We just kicked off our volunteer drive,
packing the house with an enthusiastic and talented team of supporters.
We’ll win this race by building the biggest grassroots army in the
state—and with more than 2,000 volunteers signed on so far, we’re right on
track.

Now the not-so-good news. We’re falling short of our fundraising goal—far
short. In order to maximize the capacity of our volunteers, we need to pay
for more phone lines, more text messages, more brochures for supporters to
distribute as they talk to voters.

It’s not easy to compete with the special interests that subsidize Cory
Gardner’s campaign—or the party bosses in Washington who stand in our way.

Andrew doesn’t take a dime from special-interest groups. That’s why we’re
asking people like you to reach into your pocket and give as much as you
can, as often as you can.

[ [link removed] ]If enough of us pitch in, we can grow our volunteer army, capture the
Democratic nomination, and replace Cory Gardner with a progressive
champion. Please contribute $—or whatever you can afford—right now.
