Massachusetts has crossed a grim milestone: 10,000 deaths from COVID-19.
The death toll from confirmed cases in the state rose by 21 to 10,015, the Department of Public Health reported Thursday. The number of confirmed cases climbed by 2,482, bringing the total to 174,953.
